GRATEFUL DEAD Grateful Dead (1967 UK issue 9-track MONO LP, with the vinyl pressed in the the US with the gold Warner Brothers label design and exported for the UK market. The debut album from the band, released under the name 'San Francisco's Grateful Dead', as displayed on the rear of the sleeve. Includes several cover versions, including Good Morning Little School Girl, Sitting On Top Of The World and [Walk Me Out In The] Morning Dew, comes in a front laminated flipbackpicture sleeve printed in the UK by Garrod & Lofthouse with 'Patents Pending' text, both label & sleeve have matching 'W1689' catalogue numbers. There is a name written on the back which has been crossed out and alittle 'T' next to one of the song titles, however the sleeve shows only light wear with intact flipback and very little discolouration to the non-laminated back. The golden label design shows some marks from finger prints but has only light spindle marks, the vinyl has some light cosmetic surface marks which has no effect on play. Although not mint this example remains excellent and is the first example we have ever seen)
