NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare 1971 Japanese stereo LP on the large 'swirl' label, the fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name & the first post-Island outing. Heavily jazz-influenced, this release was essentially the work of a solo Patrick Campbell-Lyons, housed in an entrancing Keef designed gatefold picture sleeve with Japanese/lyric insert. The sleeve has a little edge wear to the corners & some mild foxing on the inside only natural for paper goods over time. The condition is otherwise Excellent with no writing or any blemishes to the sturdy panels. The vinyl has a deep sheen both sides & grades Excellent with just a few faint paper hairline scuffs to show play SFX-7381)
