FRANK ZAPPA Greggery Peccary (Unique 1972 US score for the third trombone as HAND WRITTEN by FZ for Bruce Fowler, complete with Frank's own corrections & annotations. Running across five sheets of stave, as it does, it seems incredible that Frank actually hand wrote each of the parts for the twenty piece band arrangements & even more incredible that it still survives in pristine condition thirty seven years later. This manuscript comes from the personal collection of Marty Perellis, who was the road manager for the tour & has also been authenticated by David Ocker who, later, became Zappa's music copyist [1977-1984]. This was Bruce Fowler's first tour with Frank Zappa, which may be why he got the personal touch with regard to the score.
