A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...
 | PINK FLOYD The Dark Side Of The Moon (Ultra Rare 1973 UK
first press 10-track vinyl LP with SOLID PRISM labels
with silver lettering, Gramophone Co. perimeter text,
complete with the original black poly lined inner, two stickers
& twoposters. The classic gatefold picture sleeve on this
version differs from later issues in that it has a single
right-side pocket opening only & displays a subtle green tinge
unlike the jet black print of later issues. This earliest
collector's #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Timepressing has the machine stamped A2/B2 matrices
in the run-outs but does NOT have the well known skip during
the track 'Money'. Please see 'more info' for condition
details... SHVL804)
Tracklisting: Condition
The matte sleeve is the earliest version with just the back section of the gatefold open. These sleeves have a subtle green tinge. The inner left logo text is in blue.
The sleeve grades shows just a little light general shelfwear with a bit of edge scuffing & a few light indentations, but remains in very acceptable condition.
The inner is the correct black poly lined variety that appeared on both the first & second issues & has aged a little & remains fully intact.
The self-adhesive stickers have a white backing paper with 'FasPrint Removable R-100' on the paper, both matte with no catalogue number print.
The stickers are unused & the fold-out posters are flat & undisplayed.
The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & play tested. The vinyl is strictly graded Very Good & exhibits multiple paper hairlines either side & the occasional faint scratch but playback confirms incredible sound quality. This noted collector's pressing is on the 'TAS' list [Harry Pearson's The Absolute Sound audiophile magazine list] & for good reason. There is no jump during the track 'Money' & just a little faint ambient surface in the quieter sections with the odd quiet click on occasion. Playback remains at a solid VG+ level. Always in demand, these do not come up for sale often, this copy is available at an advantageous price.

remaster of the original 1992 double album, plus two extra
LPs of bonus content including remixes, live versions, and
B-sides. All four LPs are pressed on 180-gram vinyl and

Recommended) #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time
Tracklisting: To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Beastie Boys' multi-platinum album Check Your Head, UMC will release a limited-edition reissue of the rare 4LP deluxe version of the album, originally released in 2009 as an artist store exclusive. The long out-of-print and much sought-after box set features the 2009 remaster of the original double album, plus two extra LPs of bonus content including remixes, live versions, and B-sides. All four LPs are pressed on 180-gram vinyl and housed in a fabric wrapped, stamped, hardcover case.
Originally released in April 1992, Check Your Head was a milestone for Beastie Boys on multiple levels: It was their first album to be produced, in its entirety, by Beastie Boys with Mario Caldato Jr. and to feature keyboard player Keyboard Money Mark, as well as the first to be recorded at the band's own G-Son studios in Atwater Village, CA. Most significantly, however, Check Your Head marked the return of live instrumentation to the forefront and backbone of the Beastie Boys sound, with the bulk of the album featuring Mike D on drums, Adrock on guitar and MCA on bass for the first time since the band's early 1980s hardcore punk recordings.
