edgewear and a notable scuff to the front, with light foxing to the

Tracklisting: When John Coltrane left the Miles Davis Quintet in April 1960, the trumpeter replaced him for a brief period with Sonny Stitt, an unquestionably brilliant and gifted player and one of the best Charlie Parker disciples. Stitt accompanied the group on a European tour organised by Norman Granz in the second half of 1960, which included twelve dates across the UK, including the one presented here from the Free Trade Hall in Manchester.
