such as Wayne Shorter, Jaco Pastorius, Herbie
Hancock, and Charles Mingus. The set covers
nearly every phase of Mitchell's career, from Songs To A
Seagull through Hejira, Mingus, Both Sides Now,
and beyond. It features two previously unreleased 1980
demos and closes with her moving live rendition of
