Beat The Boots #2 - Vinyl

FRANK ZAPPA Beat The Boots #2 (1992 US limited edition ELEVEN vinyl LP boxed set (four of the seven albums are double discs!), collecting bootleg recordings which were originally distributed illegally but were released officially as part of Zappa's campaign to dissuade his fans from buying illegal recordings of his concerts. The whole set is digitally remastered from the original sources & spans a ten year period from 1968 to 1978, including Swiss Cheese/Fire! which documents afamous 1971 concert at a casino in Montreux where the venue burned down (inspiring the lyrics of Deep Purple's 'Smoke on the Water'). Each album is housed in its own respective picture sleeve, & COMPLETE with a humongous scrapbook collecting rare Zappa memorabilia & original album art, a "Bodacious Beret" & Beat The Boots pin badge, all housed squarely in a fantastic 12" x 12" custom printed box. The outer box shows minimal wear, the inner sleeves are in excellent condition & the vinyl looks barely played R-70372)
