VARIOUS-SOUL & FUNK Rare Volume 1, 2 & 3 (The first three volumes in the 1987 UK rare groove vinyl compilation series, picutre sleeves with liner notes. RCA [in conjunction with Arista & Ariola] raided their vaults for some prime slices of hard-to-find '70s/'80s soul/funk 'n' boogie - includes dancefloor fillers from the much sampled Yellow Sunshine, The Vibrations, Harvey Mason, Headhunters and more. The sleeves and vinyl on all three volumes grade as Excellent - 37 tracks across 3LPs - recommended NL90070)
